It is our ethos and overriding strategy to reach a resolution to late payment of debtors accounts we manage through amicable pre-legal solutions and we always put great emphasis on the value of protecting and restoring the Supplier to Customer business relationship through early payment of overdue accounts.
Collection of all overdue accounts through pre-legal amicable debt collection is not always possible therefore to give a complete one stop end to end Debt Collection Service we also provide Debtor Litigation for those rare occasions when we have to process certain accounts through the Courts Debtor Litigation Process, this is done in conjunction with our Legal Practice Partner that specialises in Debtor Litigation.
To keep you updated regarding the costs of Debtor Litigation for Cases processed through our office I am attaching our current scale of fees for the primary legal proceedings process costs, the fees outlined cover the main business to business account Debtor Litigation legal processes for obtaining payment from Letter Before Action Payment Demand right through to obtaining and enforcing judgment and it should be noted the fees quoted refer to Business to Business Debtor Accounts only.
We continue to recommend that overdue accounts are processed through our pre-legal amicable debt collection service before legal proceedings is considered and our pre-legal debt collection services continues to be provided on a no collection no fee basis with payment commission rates starting at 4% and scaled depending on the value and age of the debtor account, to maintain a competitive cost to return and value for money service for our clients.
